Do you jut wear a regular tampon in the pool? Or does it have to be a specific pool tampon?

Haha, I don't believe there is any kind of "pool tampon". All you've gotta do is where a normal tampon, whichever is most suited to your flow. Remember to only leave it in for 4-6 hours :)

you can wear and type of tampon. but make sure its suits your flow. so like if you pretty heavy were a bigger absorbency. hope i helpedd x
