a physical test? you mean a drug test? if your getting a physical from a doctor they don't take a urine, blood, hair or saliva sample as far as i know. they haven't ever with me. if they do take it to drug test you you can always decline. marijuana unfortunately is fat soluble, which means that traces of thc are stored in your fat. as opposed to being water soluble like alcohol, you can pass a test the very text day because you can sweat yourself out and flood your system with water and cranberry juice. but with weed it will take a month at least three months at most to get it out of your system. if you were to try to exercise and burn the fat off you would have to exercise for over 4 days and not eat anything and hope that you burned off all the fat that has thc in it. not a good idea.

Just drink green tea or regular tea allot of it and water You see you don't need to get all the thc out of your system just enough to pass the test and if they say anything about it just say you have been eating salad with poppy seed dressing in it Don't worry about it to much because we all have thc in us and what they are looking for is a certain amount or number in your system they can tell if it is second hand smoke and if you can drop that number down a little that is what they think it is I Hope this helped ya out
