A couple truths concerning weight loss:
- It is not okay to shed weight too fast. Pace yourself. Try to get 1 or 2 pounds per week.
- Even though some food is healthy and balanced doesnt mean you can eat every thing that you want. You must uphold a caloric deficit to lose fat.
- Exercise has a persistent effect. Exercise you perform now can use up calories for a complete day.
