¿Mis peces tienen colvulciones, ayudenme?

Yo tengo 2 peces. Solo que yo he visto que hay un problema. Cuando les tiro de la agua tienen convulciones, tengo muy miedo que puede ser una grand enfermedad. Diganme lo que puede ser.

    NO ES UN GUSANO, PERO NO ENTIENDO Q ES "LES TIRO DE LA AGUA" OSEA LOS SACAS? ADEMAS AGUA ES SIN ENERO SERIA DE EL AGUA.
