Is there a way I could change my iPad 2's iOS 5.1.1 to a different OS like Android, Windows or so?

Hey, I recently got a iPad2 and got bored with the OS. I would like to try out other OS like Android or Windows. Thank you...

You are not able to install another operating system on the iPad without being extremely geeky and hacking away at the deep underlying OS and replacing it with a Linux kernal to replace the current Bootloader.

Additionally you'll have trouble then transferring the said new Operating system to the device as you only have the USB connection but won't have any driver's written yet for your newly installed Linux operating system.

So long story short. Android is for Android devices. Windows is for Windows devices (and Windows 8 will be available for Tablets created for it)

The nice things about the iPad is that you don't have to worry about the OS, and only focus on the Apps
