I have a 47% in math right now and I need to bring it up to a 60. the final exam is worth 30%, what mark do I need to get on my test to bring my overall mark up to a 60? please help me I'm really bad at math

If the final exam is worth 30%, then you have 70% of your grade so far. So:
70% x 47 = 32.9
60 - 32.9 = 27.1
30% of what gives you 27.1?
Divide: 27.1/.30 = 90.33
You need a 90.33 on your final exam to bring your final grade up to a 60.
