    Greetings Liam,

A driver that works for your chipset (AR9170+AR9102) is the linux carl9170.

You can use the steps found at http://www.backtrack-linux.org/wiki/index.php/Comp... to install this driver - carl9170 is included in the Compat Wireless Drivers.

    Thanks,

    TP-LINK Support Force

    Which distro, ?

Just plug it in and see if it works, if not reboot and see again.

(both version 1 and 2 have atheros chips, which should work out of the box for Linux)

    ifconfig -a

should cue you in to weather the hardware is initialized and working.

If it doesn't this guide should be helpful
