You can log in to your routers webpage, if you don't know the log in password try the default password found on the back of the router.
If it's still incorrect there should be a reset button at the back of your router, if you hold that in for 10 seconds I believe it is it will reset your router completely and will change the log in password back the the default written on the back of your router. You can then log in and change your wireless password.

Go to your netgear's settings page and reset your wifi password if can't retrieve it.

It should have the passcode on the router and if you still have problems contact the company.
