How to deal with insomnia...?

I HAVE SCHOOL TOMORROW AND IT'S 2:20 AM!!!! sh-t.

    I sure as Hell wish that I knew. Usually I don't have to deal with that, but I haven't been able to get to sleep for the past couple of days, and I am wondering why.

    I guess that all I can tell you is to think about something calming like the sea.

    Exercise and diet really help. :)

    Try to exercise a lot throughout the day and eat stuff that has protien before you fall asleep. I hope this helps. :)

    Try pleasuring yourself sexually.

    I hear it help you fall asleep when you release.

    Also, try playing a musical instrument. Playing nice, slow tunes on my guitar helps me dial down for sleep.

    stay up until you fall asleep naturally and then be tired all day tomorrow so that tomorrow night you will fall asleep early and your sleep schedule will be back to normal....

    Honestly...I just smoke a bowl or two and that puts me right to sleep.
