as no addition or subtraction is involved in your brackets, you can use the power on each term individually bringing them all back together at the end. When dealing with indices inside and outside the brackets, multiply

    (2s^2w^5)^2 = 2^2 (s^2)^2 (w^5)^2

    4 s^4 w^10 = 4s^4w^10

    (3a^2x^3)^2 = 3^2 (a^2)^2 (x^3)^2

    9 a^4 x^6 = 9a^4x^6

    (2ax^4)^3 = 2^3 a^3 (x^4)^3

    8 a^3 x^12 = 8a^3x^12
