Conditional formatting in excel 2007 using Icon sets.?

I have a column of times difference with exactly 8 minutes being the goal. I am using the 3 colored uncircled symbols to show anything under 8 minutes as a green and anything over 8 minutes as red. and if exactly 00:08:00 then yellow icon, using time format 00:8:01. anyone have any ideas how to make this happen? please help very urgent...

    Hi.

    When you click CF and then select Icon Sets, click on More Rules.

    This will give you a dialog box so you can select the values to show for eac symbol.

    First, check the box for Reverse Order, then, for the red value, choose greater than (>) for both red and yellow, and for Type, select Number for both red and yellow, then enter these values:

    red: 0.005555671 (which translates to 00:08:00.01)

    yellow: 0.00555544 (which translates to 00:07:59.99)

    green is done automatically.
