Please help pregnancy question?

my period was supose to come on the 4 of june and it didnt iam now 4 days late, i took a test and said negative.. i have conceved on the 17 of may in my fertile week 5 days before ovulation. , my symptoms are as follow. tender breasts and my breasts hurt like hell most of the day, nausea in morning, sharp pain on my right and i get abdominal pain ect. please help must i wait until a week has past and do a blood test? and i acxtualy feel pregnant oh and i have exyremely bad HOT flusches in the day and most is in night. and it is winter here. thanks
