download folder หายคะ ถามอากู๋ ก็ไม่ได้คำตอบคะ?

ใช้ Vista คะ เมื้อเข้าไปที่ Document ทางช้ายมีอก็จะมี panel ของ folder ที่บอกว่า picture, music, link, favorite

etc. แต่ download หายไปคะ ไม่ทราบว่าจะทำอย่างไรให้กลับคืนมา เมื่อ download บางโพรแกรม ก็ save หรือ run ไม่ได้คะ ขอผู้รู้ช่วยแนะนำหน่อยคะ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าด้วยคะ

    ใช้โปรแกรมซ่อนโฟลเดอร์ไว้หรือเปล่าครับ

    ถ้าไม่ได้ซ่อน อาจโดนไวรัส ลองใช้โปรแกรมกำจัดไวรัสดี ๆ ( อาจต้องลงโปรแกรม Vista ใหม่ )

    สร้างโฟลเดอร์ที่ชื่อ "Downloads" ขึ้นมาใหม่ได้ครับ

    วิธีสร้างโฟลเดอร์ที่ชื่อ "Downloads" ก็เหมือนการสร้างโฟลเดอร์อื่น ๆ ทั่วไป ( พิมพ์ชื่อโฟลเดอร์ให้เหมือนเดิม )
