I'm on a diet but feel dizzy and light headed?

I'm 17 and on a diet and have been eating about 500-800 calories a day. I way 120 and want to get down to 95. I've already lost a few pounds. But I am constantly hungry, weak and tired and I'm starting to get light headed what is wrong? I just want to be skinny I can't eat anymore.

    Unless you are under five feet tall. 95 pounds is an unhealthy weight. Trust me, skinny to that point is unattractive. Slim and healthy is much better. Up your intake to 1,000 to 1,200 calories and you should still loose weight with out being malnourished (which is not a good look). Plus, you are likely to binge eating like this. And binging and starving in intervals will mess up your metabolism. Nothing wrong with wanting to be smaller. Just do not neglect your body.

    Snack on almonds, blueberries and soy milk. Guareenteed will make you feel better and they are soo low in calories too!!! There's models even from victoria secrets how eat blueberries when they feel dizzy and hungry and said they can eat as many as they want because the blueberries won't affect their weight. Also get hooked into green tea- that's an appetite suppressant. And drink water before and after meals to fill up quicker so you have smaller meals and burn your calories quicker

    Not enough nutrients . Youre health is based on a 2,000 calorie diet. That's how much you should eat about everyday. Not really the whole 2,000 . You can eat all you want whatever you want. You just have to burn it all off to stay in shape . Hope this helped :0

    You aren't eating enough. That's why you feel dizzy. You could faint while driving. Seek help.
