I wat to use WIFI to call my girlfriend, which app is best? I already asked this question and got answers immediately. Unfortunately, they were the wrong answers. SKYPE doesn't let me use wifi. I tried. I received a message stating that at this point, I need a 3g connection to use skype. So, I ask again, which app can I download from the google play store that allows me touse a wifi connection (not my wireless plan minutes) to call my girlfriends' cell-provided we both download the app.?

supposedly google voice plus groove ip does it. never tested it though.
most you cant call for free.
maybe you could heytell each other?
