What category of personality disorder, etc., do the following characteristics fall into?

*The person is immature in his interpersonal relationships especially when communicating with someone with a differing opinion. He raises his voice and does not listen when the other party is presenting their 'side.'

* This person seems to not understand the seriousness of some dangerous activities like texting while driving. He says that he does not have to look at the phone to text such short messages such as 'Ok' or "no." If the issue of texting and driving is raised and evidence presented to him that shows it is dangerous, he gets agitated.

* This person was involved in an accident years ago that permanently injured him, and it involved alcohol. It seems as if this person is stuck in a "teen-age" argumentative stage. He admits that it was his fault and he was stupid, yet if anyone points out that something like texting and driving is dangerous, he gets argumentative.

This person is in his early 30s and is a good-hearted person, but can stand some work on his communication skills. He is argumentative like this with his wife.

Is this some kind of personality disorder? Someone said it was just 'stubborness' but this is more than stubborness.

Sounds like he's just a childish, angry man. It seems to me to be more like character traits rather than a personality disorder.
