Need advice on next step with girl, may have came on too strong?

Question

So we met in class (college) and she asked for my number, seemed really interested in me. After about 2 weeks we ended up going to a bonfire together with both a group of my friends and a group of her friends. Didn't talk too much since we were both just doing our own thing. Then later that week we went out on a date (hiking just me and her) and it went great, got food after. For the next couple days she was texting me nonstop and seemed really into me. Then I invited her to a bar she couldnt come, busy studying. Then the next night my friends and I went to a club so i invited her again, she couldnt cause she had to get up really early.

I figured i may have seemed a little desperate so i havent texted or called or seen her at all since. Just been waiting for her to text me since she was texting me nonstop all day. This was over a week ago and haven't heard from her or seen her since. School is over in 1 week, and its finals week now so i know both of us are super busy so it may be that. Do you think I should try to talk to her again or just wait for her to talk to me? After 1 week I wont be seeing her at all for the whole summer but next year we'll be in school together again. What do u think?

Maybe she's just been really busy.  Text her and let he know that you've been really busy for he past week or so and haven't had time to talk and just wanted to say hi.  If she still doesn't reply, let it go.
