Why discard the changes? You must have added a component (or made an adjustment to hardware like reseating ram or plugs) so the BIOS needs to be updated. When in Bios Save and exit. Some new Bios only have the Save option enabled if changes have taken place at some time otherwise it is not available or disabled.
F12 refers to a dual boot system or it could be that you have your BIOS setting for primary drive as an external device like Lan or USB or CD/DVD. Select hdd as primary Boot and the F12 option might not appear again.

that is a lengthy shot yet would paintings. in the course of the boot procedure continuously press F8 until eventually a boot determination list comes up. Then go with Boot In danger-free Mode from the list and press enter. in case your device boots up in to danger-free Mode, log in then bypass to commence shutdown-restart and be conscious in case you computer boots up as commonly used. from time to time this helps. If it does boot to danger-free mode it may nicely be because you've put in a device driver those days or a sparkling piece of hardware that is conflicting with some thing else. if that is the case remove the hardware or un-installation the appliance or device driver even as operating at risk-free mode. If it doesn't boot up at risk-free mode then that is likely there's a situation with the Vista installation and also you'll want to re-installation your operating device. in case you position in it intense of the winning one you ought to preserve your man or woman files.

you just need to wait for the computers set thatselves up automatically.
Which means just wait and see what's happening.
or you can try to butting as many times you could.
one more tip is use ctrl+alt+delete.
in your situations it might not work
but give a try!
Or alt+F4, try those and see.
If this not working, then you have to meet other friends to fix this computer problem.
