I sure wish there was a section on preserving food in this category. Do you agree?

I really enjoy canning, freezing and drying bulk foods. Am I the only one who does? :-(

    I also like doing canning preserves/jams and keeping my food fresh in the freezer, but because it's not a super common thing I have a feeling a section dedicated entirely to it would be a ghost town. :) Blogs or websites about it may be a better place to go, because there are more people there who like it as well.
