Is anyone here a Wells Fargo teller, or a teller at any bank? I'm nervous for my interview.?
Hi everyone :)
I have an interview at what I believe is the Wells Fargo Bank headquarter office this upcoming Wednesday. I'm really nervous however because it's a group interview. Do any of you have any advice based on your previous interviews? How does a group interview work out anyway? What should I do to stand out, what questions should I be prepared to answer, ect.? Thanks!

Many managers are mainly going to read your attitude. In entry level positions, they know the job itself is not rocket science. So attitude and how you talk to people is what they will be looking at. There are some things you just can't teach, like basic manners. Use your best manners and communication skills. Dress traditional professional, not sexy professional. Good luck!

Hello, Yupp, i've been through the same experience just lately. Team interview is little bit unusual, applicants reply simply very few questions, one after an additional. Then you can all watch the film about WF, but be careful: Cameras watch you always, so your non-verbal verbal exchange matters loads! You have to be within the film! We additionally had a position play in a gaggle interview, that was once really an expertise, to let you know the reality... I struggled to preclude myself from laughing, considering that some persons wholly failed in the role play. To the questions: 1. Why do you want to work at WF? 2. Why Teller and not different function? Three. What are you able to deliver to WF? 4. Provide an illustration you made a point to head above and past along with your carrier. 5 .... Personally, I did not wish to underestimate it. Buddy from WF (department in different city) endorsed me this publication known as Wells Fargo Interview consultant. I purchased it and rather felt the higher edge in each moment of the interview - comfortably I knew what to do, at the same time others did not are aware of it. I'll drop you the hyperlink to the reference, if you want to verify it out.
