No se rompe, porque no llega a tener tanta temperatura como para que lo haga. Truco: Si lo vas a hacer, pon el licor en un cucharon de metal, y lo enciendes, y enseguida rocias con este fuego la tortilla, da mejor resultado, que poner el licor en la tortilla y encenderla.
