can anyone solve this riddle, about a survey?
The following survey results were in an English newspaper. It was about office workers who have affairs.
42% of men and 20% said they had affairs. The survey also said it was mainly 'men in the north' and women in the south.
Can anyone else work out how this can be?

so of all the men who work in offices, 42% have had an affair, of this 42% the majority of these men were in the north of the country.
Same again for the women.
it's really not hard to work out!!
