Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. Physics could be useful too, depending on the type of doctor you want to become. In Y9, however, I'd take more general courses and not be too specialized so you could open up more paths in the future instead of narrowing them down. Later on if you still really want to pursue this path, then you'll have the chance to take advanced courses that gear you towards being a doctor. Of course, if the advanced class requires preparatory courses starting from Y9, then you should take it. Good luck!
