Hello, I believe I had advised you to go for the (expensive) Luxilon Savage and/or Luxilon Big Banger ALU Rough, as well as Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour or Babolat RPM Blast - the differences between these strings are just little nuances with regard to how they impart spin on the ball, the amount of control and power they will give you.
I've never used the Gosen string personally, but taking a glance it's a 17 gauge monofilament poly, so it's a thinner string than most (most are a thicker 16 gauge) meaning it's likely to be less durable. It's also supposed to a be a very stiff string (not good for those with tennis elbow - the stiffer the less comfortable.)
For comparison, the Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour string is one of the softer feeling poly strings, warranting at least partly it's higher price. It also has a thicker gauge and is more durable.
For a player like you who is just starting out with nicer racquet/strings, it is probably unnecessary to look for anything with durability as you will not break strings often at all. In fact, for your tennis elbow you might even look into non-poly strings, i.e. natural gut or multifilament - these will be much more comfortable on the arm. If you do want a poly, I would highly suggest the Luxilon strings; they are so comfortable and retain tension well for a person who will not break strings quickly.

Luxilon Big Banger ALU Power 16L String .Combines great durability with impressive power and good control. String at around 54lbs. Less vibration.

Don't go cheap on the strings. In the long run, the more expensive the string the better it will hold up. Higher tension gives more control, less power. Lower tension gives less control, more power.
