Which dress size should I pick for these measurements?

I need to order a dress online and I don't want to risk getting a dress too small, so what size do you think I should get? Yes, it's better to go to a store to buy one to get a proper fit, but it's not really my decision.

Measurements (in inches):

Bust: 33

Waist: 28

Hips: 38

Do you think I should get a size 8; should it be a size larger or do you think it'll work fine?

    If you get the 8 and it's too big, you can always have it taken in. So I'd go for the 8, although a 6 may well fit.
