Is it okay to eat a small fry from Burger King along with their chicken salad thing?
I'm trying to eat healthier
Today I've had two peanut butter sandwiches, some lettuce, and fruit. I weigh around 120 and I really want some fries rofl

NO! fries are FILLED with starch. you shouldn't be eating that much peanut butter. make sure to drink at least 2 bottles of water a day and don't eat at burger king, they put chemicals in their food.
if you don't believe me go on YouTube and type burger king horror or try it yourself

Fried potatoes and peanut butter are no way to eat healthy.
Don't ever walk into a fast food restaurant again if you want to eat healthy. Nothing they sell is good for you. Avoid the temptation.

NO you are off to a horrible start for trying to eat healthier ... Fries are full of starch and salt .. also peanut butter is unhealthy and eating two pb sammys r awful.. increase your fruit and veggy intake and drink hella water

I probably wouldn't if you're trying to eat healthy. I would subsitute those fries & get a salad instead. Although if you have a lot of self control & you think you can handle it then maybe get the fries.

No Wayy! My boyfriend worked there and he told me they put pig fat in the oil :x ive just completely given up fast foods cause their just unhealthy. Making your own fries from potatoes are way better then fast food fries.

Yeah, they are all cutting back on the size of their fries, especially McDonalds.

Go to a restaurant and get their baked fries....or if you must have bk get them in salted with no ketchup
