Need help with the lens?

i was going to buy Nikon D7000 but since D600 will probably be launched soon i changed my mind so i will wait for it, so my problem is that i want to buy 2 lens, one for landscape, group photo, architecture, nature, and one for wildlife, portraits and even macro, for the first category i was thinking between AF-S NIKKOR 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR and AF-S NIKKOR 28mm f/1.8G they both cost round 500-600 dollars and for the second a AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED so do u know any other similar lens in the same price range that u would recommend ? or help me chose between the first two,so on one side i have lens that have 3 asperical lens and one ED with super integrated coting and on other a lens with nano crystal and 2 asperical no ED and super integrated, the focal lenght on the 24-85 suits me better than just 28mm but 28mm has aperture of 1,8 so i would get a wonderful bokeh, the nano crystal would reduce the flare and ghosting dramatically but it does not have ED element, i know that ED elements are more important for tele lens (chromatic aberration happens on longer focal lenghts) but it will improve the quality of the photo anyway even on the wide to mid tele lens like this one
