Depression is a killer, loneliness is something we don't like being alone.
Few things you can do:
- Call out your friends or maybe your family members (siblings,cousin etc). Go out for shopping or maybe catch up on latest movies.
- Talk to somebody close or the person you trust on your feelings. Let it out, don't keep it to yourself, is bad.
- Sort out what is the problem, why are you depress? Why are you lonely? Ask advised from your family or maybe your close friends.
- Watch youtube, it might cheer out you up.
- Keep a positive thinking in yourself, look in the mirror for long, don't think too much, tell youself everything will be alright.

Get out as much as possible. Try to be apart of groups! Even read in public, at libraries, or barnes n noble

Talk to a therapist. Depression doesn't go away through force of will.
