what is the viola of a house?
i was reading a property description and the agent mentioned that you "walk through the kitchen and viola and a separate family room" but what the heck is a viola???

That doesn't make sense, A viola is either a flower or a musical instrument that looks like a giant fiddle. I wonder if the realtor meant to write "Walk through the kitchen and voila - a separate family room!" VOILA (pronounced wah - la ) instead of viola.
