Copy your data and paste into Word.

On the Home tab, click on Replace.

In the Replace What field enter the ; (semicolon)

In the Replace With field enter ^p This will replace the semicolon with a paragraph mark.

Copy the result and paste into Excel.

Select the column where you pasted the data.

Click on the Data tab, click on Text to Columns

Select Delimited and choose Other and enter /

Click Finish.

Select all your data.

Click on the Data tab and then click on the sort button.

I had entered the data into column A to start so my sorts were:

Column A.......A to Z

Column B.......A to Z

Column C.......Largest to Smallest.

You can also sort on the engine displacement but I didn't go that far.

The result is:
