No one can know what the first spoken language in Egypt was, but the oldest known language of Egypt, as well as the oldest written language of Egypt, is ancient Egyptian.
The ancient Egyptian language eventually evolved into Coptic, which is still used in the liturgy of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
