quick question and ill reply back to your answer, are you new to guitar, if so, are you being self taught through youtube and google

through a book is the best way to do it, then start taking classes, you should be using a guitar 101 book($10 if you have something other then that), it teaches you to read music, then play notes from 1st string-6th, and then teaches you chords, if your past that, then i dont care, if you trying to start off with learning chords, and play songs that seem easy enough to do because of easy transitions and strumming is all thats required, then you need to stop, and start with reading music and play notes, songs youll learn first are ode to joy, yankee doodle, then whatever youll want because youre now skilled enough

Most songs are made up of those chords, so there are literally thousands you could learn all depending on your music taste. A really easy one is Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day if you're a beginner, it has Em, G, D and A. But like I said, all depends on what you like. A good site to look on is ultimate-guitar.com and there'll be so many songs with chords to play on there, so I'd recommend having a look. Hope this helped :)
