Bartholin cyst or cancer?
Orange sized cyst drained, catheter put in, cyst remains after catheter and drain is removed. Three months of different antibiotic, hospitalized several times gives IV antibiotic. Have done the sitz thing, hot pack, etc. The whole vaginal lip from top to bottom is thick and very swollen with the cyst still there. Tried different doctors. Where do I go from here to find out whats really going on? Thanks

Ask your doctor about a condition called "Hidradenitis Supperativa". I have the same problem in the same area, and it's been about 5 years now.

the most important thing is to put your mind to rest - to do this, you must seek additional medical care. What have the doctors you have seen said? Do they think it's a cyst or a cancer? Has a biopsy been done?
You can always go to a gynecological oncologist for additional assistance.
