Hair: I think leaving your hair down is a good option if you want to be flirty but if you have trouble leaving your hair down like I do then you can find some great flirty hair tutorials on youtube and also seventeen magazine (or their website) has great hair ideas.

Acting casual and being friendly to everyone seems to be a good flirty attitude. Try to be funny and just make a guy laugh. Walking a confident walk in the halls is always good too. Don't be too reserved but don't be tooooo outgoing because people in a new school will think you are weird!

I think it is nice to make your eyes pop with some colored eyeshadow like a purple or makbe a blue, but don't make your eyes too over done and don't use too muck eyeliner because it will look slutty. Mascara is a must. Waterproof works best for most people. I like a lengthening and volumizing mascara because it really makes your eyes stand out. I can't stress enough to not go too heavy on the eye make up though! And I like a bold color on my lips once and a while too :)

You never want to overdo anything or you'll come off as desperate. The best thing to do is look presentable with very little makeup and clothes that aren't too skimpy. Most importantly? Just be yourself and everything else will fall into place.
