Is this normal for a sex buddy to act like this?

Well apparently this guy is starting to make me fall for him by his recent actions but I don't want to if he does not feel the same way. So I am pretty much going with the flow of things here. So like in the beginning when I first met him which was the day before leap year we did our thing once, a couple days later we argued and it was over. What was the argument? All I did was text him if he was in my area so we can do it and he said no then I said okay then he added to let me know that he has other females I'm not the only only one he's doing then I said I never asked you all that and I lied to him and told him I have other guys as well I don't need you. Until a month later, April, he found me on facebook and we continued our sexual encounters. Now he made it clear that we were just f buddies in and I had no problem with that, I already knew. F buddy does mean no string attached right? So I was talking to another guy, the day after I met up with him, I gave this new guy an oral no intercourse, but in my soft heart i couldn't handle having two f buddies so i dropped the new guy 2 days later, and stuck with him. In May he found out about the new guy that I had gave oral to from someone and in my mind I'm thinking why does it matter I thought we were just f buddies but i told him when the event with the new guy took place and I told him ever since he's the only guy that i have been doing. Then he said good keep it that way and promise to never lie to me. When I usually text him he usually has boo or bea in the text. After our sexual encounters this month, June, I asked him if he has other sexual partner and he said no he doesn't. This past father's day I told him Happy Father's Day and he said thank you baby. I was shocked by the baby word. So what do you guys think? Should I just ignore this and just continue with going with the flow?
