A customer rep deals with customer complaints and issues with services and/or products that they were sold.

It's a high stress and very thankless job but (for some reason) still needed by businesses.

Why else do you think that it pays $16 / Hr. as a starting wage ?!?

If you're good at listening to people complain while trying to explain to them how to blink their eyes because they "just can't figure it out" Then you'll do "just fine" on this job.

If that doesn't sound like something that you'd be interested in, then for your own sake - KEEP LOOKING for a job. Cancel your interview..... it's still not too late !!

Wear something formal, a white sleeve and skirt and black blazer will do the trick here in going to an interview. A Customer Rep? What do they do? It really depends on that job and product. They sell and they indorse the product. Surely, you will undergo some training before they put you in the field - that's a company standard. Just be confident and put everything in your mind what you have learn.
