Anyone order from Pugster in California?
I sent them a big order on the fifth and sixth, over 91 dollars, to be sent to my daughter in New York. She still has received nothing. What else can I do except report them to the BBB. I sent to customer support and one Anglea B. told me if I did not get them in a couple more days to let her know. I was hoping their mail man left them at a wrong address, but I sent another email to this Angela and have not had an answer.
I got a receipt, but they said because, I picked first class mail to send the beads there was no way to track them.

Did you receive a confirmation and tracking number at the time you placed the order, or an email
with that info later?
