Cardiac arrest, simply, is when the heart stops Normal electrical activity there is a window of opportunity in which with NO intervention at all the heart will slip into asystole (fatal electrical activity) if someone fell into ice cold water the window opens wider/longer and IF CPR is performed from the onset, the heart can usually survive for longer periods....

Heart attack is based upon a Myocardial Infarction or angina pectoris, which you Can search on google for specifics, often laypeople might lump in other issues such as an Aortic repair or Various Valves Causing issue but they don't fall in under Heart attack in reality...

Stroke is specifically a Blood Clot that lodges in part of the brain, often strokes happen again and again, unless precautions are taken and sometimes precautions Can cause then as well ie:using medication to dissolve a lodged Clot , the clot begins to dissolve moves further along and Lodges in another area... Strokes can cause Paralysis often loss of control of One whole side of the body including face, making speech slurred at best... the best test is to have the person try to squeeze your index and middle fingers between they'res, marked weakness on the stroke side will be apparent.... each is Considerably differant from the others

A stroke is within the mind. It outcome in the destruction and demise of a number of mind cells in a specified subject(s) of the mind leading to a lack of function in the affected discipline. Heart assaults are very painful for the sufferer, and strokes can be painful (I can't say for certain,) though in my figuring out the sufferer tends to lose cognizance early into the stroke so any discomfort would be temporary. As for the survival chances, it relies utterly on severity and the individual. Some humans have survived tremendous heart assaults, some can die from smaller ones. Strokes are the same, will depend on severity and man or woman. My grandmother survived a minor stroke a year ago nevertheless it hasn't had any obvious effects on her behaviour happily and she is in good wellbeing.
