Occasionally, when I eat a lot of healthy greens, I have green stools, other times, when I eat too many beets, I have red stools. The color and even the smell of urine will change depending on your diet. If you love asparagus, you will notice this.
Just eat a wide variety of different plant based foods (legumes, whole grains, greens, vegetables, whole fruits, ground flax seed, B12, and D). Your outputs will vary with your inputs.
