Yes ma'am, you most certainly have a UIT. Burning, razor blade like pain when you pee, frequent urination with little urine is all a sure sign you have one. No biggie. Get to a doctor as soon as you can. They will have you pee in a cup, test it, and give you meds to kill the infection and ease the pain.
Until then, drink lots of water, and if the pain is bad you can go to a Walgreens for a product called AZO. It is the same pain meds a doctor will give you and turn your pee orange while you are on it. You absolutely need to get on an antibiotic though so don't skip the doctor if you're feeling better on the AZO! Long term, untreated UTI's can result in damage to your bladder and reproductive damage!

If it's just a burning sensation with difficulty in peeing, it sounds like yeast infection. A visit to the doctor for an inspection and medication will get rid of the infection. Personal hygiene is necessary to prevent normal genital infections; flush your genital after urinating if you have a bidet at home and during period, change your pad or tampon say 2-3 times in 24 hrs even on low flow days.
