What is best Screen Recorder?

Question

Now I use "CamStudio-Recorder"
This recorder is a good one with good resolution. The fact I don't like is : I capture the whole screen and after recording only for 3-4 minutes, it's size is been 4GB. Is that all same in every recorder??

The Recorder I want is :
I want to capture the whole screen with good resolution
Can Capture Games
No lags
Small Size after Capture (if this is possible)

So, recommed me something, free-version or paid-version.

Try Bandicam.

Download total video converter. It have a desktop capture.. Almost 3 MBs
