using chemical dye after henna?

i dyed my hair today with medium-brown henna. it turned out really green, so i removed it with crystal light lemonade and conditioner, and it looks like its back to normal now. can i use chemical dye right away, and what do i need to know/watch out for? if i can't dye it right away, how long do i need to wait? thank you!

    I used henna once, and I didn't get the color I wanted immediately after the first try. So I decided to switch to chemical dye. Big mistake. Later on, my hair started to fall a lot. It would also break very easily. Now I understand how to use it better.

    When using henna, you don't get the results you want after the first try. It goes gradually. The color begins to appear gradually every time you apply the henna. And I would also like to warn you that henna dries up your hair. So if you have greasy hair, it's really good because you wouldn't have to wash it as much as you do now. IF you have dry hair, try using some natural oils on your hair.

    So in conclusion, don't use chemical dye after having used henna. Wait for a period of 6 months, I guess. By that time, using chemical dye won't cause any breakage or anything.
