Did McDonald's do this to me?
I tried the new spicy chicken McBites yesterday just before 11am. and by 1:45 I had painful diarrhea. I went to the bathroom about 5 more times yesterday, preceding same stomach cramping. Also my stool were also tiny and dark and burned my anus afterwards.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm usually a trooper when it comes to spicy foods, I even add fire sauce to my volcano taco from taco bell. which doesn't ever treat me this way ironically.

More than likely, it was something you ate at home. If you were experiencing food-borne illness, it was more likely something from home, which is where most occurrences originate. Typically, it takes more than 6 hours for an incident of loose stool to occur when it originates from food-borne illness. I have yet to EVER experience a food-borne illness from food I consumed from McDonald's, and I am over 40.
McDonald's sources their chicken from Tyson, which is a very big company, and has a vested interest in ensuring that their chicken and other poultry is wholesome and safe, as does McDonald's.

Probably not. The timing isn't right. Usually food poisoning takes longer, 4+ hours to appear with those symptoms. With most people, violent eruptions aren't caused by your last meal, but the meal you had prior, hours earlier. That's why many blame lunch, when it was really breakfast at home where the poisoning occurred

There is a stomach virus going around right now and you just had it.
What a very graphic thing to post on a public forum. Now I am scared. I hope I don't catch it from answering this question.

I have the same thing after eating at McDonalds and I suspect it is food poisoning. My Aunt also got food poisoning a week ago from McDonalds and now she's on antibiotics. I'm waiting for my doctor's appt. Don't Eat The CHICKEN they get their chicken from mass chicken farms and now the system is getting messed up so the process in which they kill the chicken has something messed up about it. Make an appt and never eat McDonalds unless it is fries, drinks, or a frosty.

McDonald's sucks. Don't trust any fast food I'm telling you. Quick food is even much better. Sonic, Whataburger, In n Out, Lotaburger, even carl's junior... Anything else should treat you aweful.
