Did McDonald's do this to me?
I tried the new spicy chicken McBites yesterday just before 11am. and by 1:45 I had painful diarrhea. I went to the bathroom about 5 more times yesterday, preceding same stomach cramping. Also my stool were also tiny and dark and burned my anus afterwards.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm usually a trooper when it comes to spicy foods, I even add fire sauce to my volcano taco from taco bell. which doesn't ever treat me this way ironically.

well mcdonalds food has soooo many toxins and preservatives in it that no matter what you eat frpm
there will probably end up upsettin your stomach, which leads to diarrhea usually. the spicy factor dodnt help either hahah. i had mcdonalds one night a few weeks ago and missed work the next day due to vomiting and nausea! trust me, it was tehe mcdonalds. so all in all, theres a 95% it was thw mcdonalds lol. the toxins probably just didnt mix well with what you previously ate. good luck!

It's quite hard to say, but it is a possibility that it could have been the reason. You may have eaten something dodgy early in the day and with the McDonalds it made you become more ill, there are some foods that don't go hand in hand. Also, just because you are used to eating spicy foods, sometimes there are certain types of food that your tummy won't like and if you eat too much of something your tummy will start to feel upset and reject it. Any type of fast food is bad for your body and can make your body not like it and make any sort of reaction. I have noticed whenever I eat McDonals that I always feel tired, stressed and I end up getting a headache because McDonalds is always for you. I wouldn't worry about it, just take some iburprofen is you have a headache, drink some water, have a rest and if you carry on being sick and feeling ill then go to your doctors.

It may have been a combo of the spicy chicken and something else you may have consumed that day. Coffee and greasy food don't mix well for me... actually most fast food doesn't agree with me either.
Taco Bell, on the other hand, never does me wrong.

Sometimes our digestive systems change as a defense mechanism. U could become intolerant of spicy food. But I think it might be a mild case of food poisoning.

Fast food stimulates acids in your body which can cause all sorts of reactions, its just a shock to the system. Nothing to worry about.
Hope this helps
