Scared to take permit test?

Ok, so I'm taking my permit test July 1st, and I'm utterly terrified to take it. Mainly because I have an extreme fear of driving and I know once I get my permit my parents are going to have me drive while they relax. . I also havnt studied for it, (my parents gave me an 80 page booklet about the DMV but none of the information in it is about taking my permit or questions to study for the test, I told them i've seen my friends with tiny pamphlets that help you study for it.) so I'm not prepared for it, and parents don't believe me that I'm scared to learn how to drive. I know i wouldnt be a good driver because while i dont have ADD or anything of the sorts I can get distracted very easily, and my eyes are hyper sensitive so staring ahead at the blazing Arizona road and sky causes me to squint, and my parents always tell me stories about car crashes and how people die in them all the time, but then they act like I should be exicted! I don't know what to do, and this fear and anxiety isn't new, Im riddled with anxiety issues and are prone to panic attacks and nervous breakdowns whenim stressed or scared, how do I explain this to my parents? Or at least muster up the courage to take the test?
