NBA: OKC fans throw parade for Thunder even though they lost?

I'm sure that helps the players mentality so they can come back next year and try even harder. After seeing how hard Kevin Durant was trying to push his team pass the finish line you couldn't help but feel for him and the fans showed him appreciation.

James Harden & Westbrook needs to stay out of those clubs and focus on the task at hand. I admit, them partying while everyone on the Heat team is staying focus on winning the Championship, Thunder deserves to lose.

It's cool but at the same time it's pointless. I wonder if the Thunder players will show up for this. U don't get a trophy for losing in the Finals, but that shows class for the OKC Fans

Not true winners. Like Kobe said after the 2008 Finals lost, "Second place only means your the first loser".

I hope they enjoy celebrating a loss, it only shows that they don't have the heart to come back and try to win it all next year.

It might be a show of good sportsmanship but I thought parades were for champions.

They showed great resiliency through out the playoffs. Everyone counted them out when they went down 0-2 against the Spurs but they never gave up and made it to the finals. They deserve a parade.
