I am using Windows Vista Premium.I cannot play any videos online.It says an error occurred.
Please suggest me a solution.Thanks.
what I meant was that I cannot watch the videos either on You tube or other.When I click the Play button it does not play the video and I see only the black screen.

Your question doesn't have any details. What exactly is the error you get? If youtube videos don't play it may be because you have not installed the flash player from Adobe. If it is QuickTime videos you are expecting to play (many sites use either QT or Real Player to play streaming videos), then Firefox (Assuming you use FF) does not have a plugin for QT (copyright issues), though it may play Real videos. You will have to download QT if you want to watch such videos.
