what is an NGO i hate these are people to lazy to write the names out in full?

you have to learn another language to under stand what or who they represent.there is a question on answers that could be true or a gag ,i do not know because of the acronym in it

    RIGHT?! FREAKING RIGHT?! I'm ALWAYS encountering random acronyms, I really hate the way people use acronyms and act like you're stupid for not knowing what they mean. I want to slap those people until they cry!
