Hmmmmm, this seems like a case of Dino-rexia. You should have a talk with your baby dino and tell him that it's alright to not be as skinny as the Dino models in all the cave paintings.

I think you should donate him to the RSPCA... they're the experts (unless you're a qualified dinosaur breeder). It sounds like he might be depressed, but dinosaurs don't cope well with depression and it can affect their entire immune system, so you'll probably have to get him put down :(
