Exposure therapy. Say you're afraid of idk...large dogs. Start with a dog like a lab. I have never ever heard of a lab even biting someone or even accidently injuring anyone. They are the most common dog in America and one of the most docile in my oppinion. So say you just panic when u confront big dogs so you expose yourself to a lab puppy. Maybe one the size of a beagle. Then you expose yourelf to one the size of a pig. Then you expose yourself to an adult. Before you know if you're playing with a big one. Then you meet a mastiff the same way. Then a pit. Then you are completely relaxed around all breeds. Same thing with rats, reptiles ect. start by looking at pictures online. Then print them and stare at them throughout the day in your room. Then hold sculptures or toys that look like them then exposure therapy. If it is something more unique talk to a docto. Prayer is number one though. Fear is not of God. He loves you :)
